On 26th of November, 2021, Friday, a library was inaugurated in Ramnagar primary school under Digboi Borbil Gaon Panchayat at Digboi. The establishment of this school was only possible because of the numerous sacrifices put into it by some of the great personalities during 1960.

Ever after the school was established, it produced fruitful results every year and were able to develop the children to come out with flying colors to weave their beautiful future. For the inauguration of the library, Mr. Suren Phukan,  the MLA of Digboi area, made his gracious presence and marke the opening ceremony by cutting the ribbon. In this ceremony along with the  teachers and students of the school there were also some dignified guests who were present to make the auspicious occasion more gratifying.

The MLA, Mr. Suren gave his word to fix the boundary walls and the veranda of the school as soon as possible. When the media talked to him regarding the ceremony he said, ” Today the inauguration of a library at Ramnagar Primary School under Digboi Borbil Gaon Panchayat was successfully launched. This school was established a long time ago, in the year  1960 and it was possible only because of the sacrifices of many people and every year students of this school were able to grow the name of the school with their excellent results in academics. The teachers of this school hve provided their best and regarded the school as their temple to which they were totally devoted. Every year, this school is a election voting centre where more than 3000 voters come to vote. The people wanted us to fix the boundary walls and veranda for which I give my word to fix it within a short period of time. If there are to be any problems in the future, we would discuss and try our best to provide a reasonable solution to the problem. The authorities and faculties have created a very beautiful environment here and have tried their best and had not left any lacuna in any area of education. ”
